Service Description

Are you looking to build stability and strength — or simply unwind? This session combines supportive chair sequences to enhance stability with mat-based movements to strengthen and stretch your whole body. Focus on mindfulness breathing and a guided relaxation to quieten the busy mind, release of tension, and restore your energy. Perfect for all levels — move at your own pace and leave feeling balanced and calm.
