Learn to notice what is present — this very moment — not to miss what unfolds around and within you, even the unpleasant ones. Let’s unwrap the myths about meditation and discover how to meet excessive thinking with curiosity and kindness. We all long to live with more joy and alignment, making choices guided by our own beliefs and values.
