Service Description
Slow yoga practice with guided awareness on breath sensations. Let’s use the rainy season to make time to nourish, stretch the body, release tension and invite lightness & joy – setting you up for your day. 6 weeks’ program (February & March) including some guided meditation techniques and relaxation practices tailored for you to simply feel good. (no experiences required)
